The Waffle Car, #251 in the 24 Hours of Lemons Racing Circuit, is a fan- favorite, Waffle House themed Honda 2001 Accord.  The Waffle Car's most recent appearance was at the 2021 Yokohama 'Stuntin & 'Splodin Soiree At MSR Houston.  The Car finished 61st place, and turned 200 laps.  The race team reached out to me to make their video.
